Hello Chloe, it concerns the UHT full cream Valflora 35% in the tetra pack 1/2 liter. Shelf life until 29.11.22 R211 C15-15L006774 Up to now I have been able to cut this cream a little (not completely) for "years" and when I used it up within 2 weeks it was still perfect, stored in the fridge of course. Yesterday I noticed that it wasn't flowing out of the tetra pack as usual and I cut it open completely. Oh shock, part of the inside was green and I had to dispose of the rest. I have now bought 4 more on sale and have noticed that although they have 35% milk fat, they are no longer as creamy as they used to be. Something has changed. When I shop at Migros, I always get the latest promotions on Sunday and I am usually asked how satisfied I am with 4 items that I bought before. Hello Lagomio, thank you for your detailed feedback. We have contacted the supplier. He checked his retained samples but could not find any deviation. He also did not change anything in the recipe or the production process. The residual shelf life of a product after opening is significantly influenced by how the product is handled (e.g. whether it is stored refrigerated or not, whether it is consumed straight from the pack or not). Have you changed anything? For example, the storage position in the fridge or the temperature of the fridge? Best regards, Sina
