The formulation of the protein powder has recently been changed without notice. While this results in 1 g more protein, it causes clumping and is too sweet.
Please go back to the old formula! I’d like to return my package.

Is that what you mean? That's our favorite protein powder in terms of taste and ingredients. Just tell me—have they changed the formula?

Exactly. Unfortunately, it's undrinkable now...

What a shame! Then I won't buy it anymore.
Migros and its ridiculous decisions. Why do they keep changing good products for the worse? Migros is digging its own grave.

Let me guess what Migros' response will be 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hello Kaugummi22, thank you very much for your message regarding the M-Budget Vanilla Whey Protein. We’re sorry that our product disappointed you.
The product now contains slightly more protein than before. When we tasted our retained samples, we didn’t notice anything unusual that would indicate clumping.
According to the preparation instructions, the powder dissolves well in water or milk. Individual factors such as the temperature of the liquid or the preparation method can influence the result.
We’ll continue to closely monitor issues related to consistency and taste.
To return the product, please contact your local store directly. If possible, please present your receipt so that your request can be easily processed on-site. Best regards, Lea

And why exactly are you changing a tried-and-true, popular product yet again?
You can really see it in the reviews. The powder used to have lots of 5-star ratings. And now?
You’d think you’re picking out popular products, making them worse, and then, when they don’t sell as well, taking them out of the lineup.
Why? Who makes these decisions?

A perfect example of this is the Raspberry Delice. Ever since my childhood in the ’80s, it had been a universally popular product. Then the recipe was changed, and after that the Delice was inedible; most of the female customers no longer liked the Delice because it tasted artificial.
And now the Delice is history. RIP

I loved the original Delice. But the new product had nothing to do with the original.
Now all this fuss about the coffee—apparently, it was adapted to “market needs.” Migros has never been able to explain what those needs are 👎
How do you mix your shake? Do you add the powder first, then milk/milk alternative/water, or the other way around? Depending on the protein powder, clumping can occur depending on the method you use.

I no longer have the receipt because I assumed the product was the same. That's why I can't return it.
You can also see from the reviews of the protein powder that I’m not the only one who feels this way, no matter how you mix it. That extra 1 gram of protein is exactly what doesn’t mix in (or even more). It would be really nice if they could change this back. They’ve also changed the sweetness. It’s now extremely sweet, whereas I actually liked that it was only very slightly sweet originally.
