With the best will in the world, I don't know what is supposed to be a nutritional improvement if the regional low-fat quark (Eastern Switzerland) now has more sugar from 2.9 to 3.3 and worse only 9g instead of 11g protein! Can you explain to me what is better about the quark recipe, nutritionally speaking! It's a cheat with an improved recipe, now it's like M-Budget quark!
