I think that would be great. Chiefs already makes ice creams with a high protein content. I think there would be demand for a healthy dessert

I would buy them immediately, as long as they are sugar-free and without hydrogenated fats.
But it would be so easy: just print "high protein" on the packaging and that's it. Who reads the composition.... Incidentally, there are better sources of protein than ice cream.
