Dear Migros, You are seriously beginning to test my patience. As a loyal customer for over 40 years, I've noticed that more and more products are temporarily unavailable and/or out of stock, and I've never seen this before. The latest examples in Fribourg: m-budget milk chocolate, hazelnut filling and cereal crispies, mild curry, tabasco (again)......., to name but a few. I'm going to end up going to the competition.

It's in every store in the canton of Fribourg. Avry-Centre, Gruyère-Centre, Marly, La Roche, Pérolles-Centre.... In fact, it doesn't matter, Migros has more and more products temporarily unavailable, which is not at all normal and you know it perfectly well. In some cases, the product unavailable at Migros is also unavailable at Coop. So it's not a supply problem, but a clear lack of seriousness on your part. Customers should not be held hostage in this way, and have the right to expect much better from Switzerland's number 1 retailer.
