Hello missy_89, thank you for your inquiry. You are correct in your assumption. The supplier no longer manufactures the cotton pads, which is why we are unfortunately no longer able to offer them. As an alternative, I recommend the new Bio Maxi cotton pads (item number 520125700000, CHF 1.70, 40 pieces). They will be available online as soon as possible. So that you know what the alternative looks like, I'll upload a photo here. I hope you find my suggestion just as convincing and hope you enjoy trying it out! Best regards, Tabea

Hi Tabea Thank you very much for your reply. I have now switched to the blue Primella cotton pads because I couldn't find the purple ones in the store on the day of purchase. If the supplier no longer makes the purple version, will the blue one also be discontinued or are they two different suppliers? Because then I would probably have to switch to the organic cotton pads BEFORE I get used to the blue ones from Primella 😉 Thank you very much for your feedback.

Yes, they were unbeatable... 😕 But I now use the blue ones and they are at least as good. I use them every day and haven't had any complaints so far. It annoys me enormously - the blue ones are much more fluffy and don't come in large sizes... now I'm testing the organic Maci and otherwise I'll go to the competition, as I often do...
