I've long wondered why the pizza dough is produced in 16:9 format for my 4:3 tray? π Surely a modern oven/combi steamer is standardized?
What does 16:9 and 4:3 mean? I don't understand right now.
Like the desktop format on a PC. In the picture, the dough is 16:9 and the tray is more like 4:3.
