What should I do with the 3 remaining pizzas? Freeze them? I won't need them again until later.

No, unfortunately not. Own brand only double.

Buitoni only has the piccolos here, and Alnatura is not available

No. That was the case until now.
But you don't have to rely on Migros.
Migros is probably more dependent on every customer than we are on you

However, we still offer the M-Classic pizzas (including those from Alnatura and Buitoni, but I've read that you don't have them), which are available individually. This gives you the flexibility to decide which quantity suits you best. The Duo packs are also designed so that each pizza is individually wrapped. This allows you to enjoy one pizza and keep the other for another "Znacht". Best regards, Mara
