The heat and/or, in combination with the humidity in the bathroom, can indeed affect the product. However, this is precisely why we conduct storage tests, in which no such effects have been observed.
To provide a more detailed assessment, we would need a sample. Should this issue occur again, please feel free to contact us, and we will request a sample for a thorough investigation. Best regards, Alex

In this product, synthetic polymers were removed from the formulation, thereby increasing its biodegradability. As a result, the product’s consistency has changed slightly; it has become slightly thinner.
Its moisturizing and skin-soothing effects, however, have remained unchanged. (…)”
