Petit Bonheur spoon biscuits have been discontinued once again...
As an Italian, these are essential for me to make a good tiramisu. The other spoon biscuits that crumble in your mouth and, incidentally, are not spoon-shaped, are absolutely awful in my opinion. They are much too thick, taste like sweet bread, and crumble in coffee far too quickly. This means you can only dip them briefly, and then the tiramisu doesn't even taste properly of coffee.

We were in the store this week and the staff said they are now only "seasonal." I didn't know you could only make tiramisu in a certain season? And unfortunately, they couldn't tell me which season that was. Really disappointed... What a shame. 😢
