Please mount the lids on the PET bottles less tightly. Even with a device, they are difficult to open. Very difficult for people with painful hands and older people. Even for me in my mid-50s.

Hi Michlin, I understand that it can be a hassle if you can't get the bottles open.
Our manufacturers check the functionality and calibration of the lid machine during production. This means that the lid should fit as tightly as possible, but not too tightly, so that it can be opened properly. I will be happy to take your feedback on board and pass it on to the relevant departments. They can then make any necessary adjustments.
