Breadcrumbs

Paniermehl

Dear Migros Of course you can buy breadcrumbs, which are industrially produced and, in my opinion, far too hard. In Austria, which is very close to me, you can get breadcrumbs made from normal white bread, which makes breadcrumbs tender and crispy. Alternatively, you can dry and grate old white bread yourself or buy breadcrumbs from an artisan bakery. Why doesn't Migros offer such breadcrumbs or real Mie de Pain? I would be very happy about such a product and you could also say, for example, that you are actively combating food waste if you make it mainly from unsold white bread. I am very curious about the answers from the community and Migros! Thank you very much and best regards IchNochmal
