You have to buy for at least CHF 100 and this is rarely a problem.
But what has been arriving recently .... is terrible.
Bananas still green, pack of peppers was half eaten away inside. Apples rotten and moldy.
Eggs broken (logically post delivery).
Bread moldy.
Yogurts expired, as well as lettuce packaged etc. ....
Chips could be eaten as corn flakes.
I have complained several times and sent pictures, but that is of no use to me if I need it.

Deliveries are a real problem. Of course things can break. But especially with deliveries of fresh products, it has never worked out that everything fits. Of course there were standard replies from customer service and refunds, but as kapha mentioned, you order because you need the goods. That's why I ordered online from Migros. Fortunately, other suppliers with their own delivery services manage it.
