Can you please add 1 gram/kg less salt to your bread with dark flour so that it also has a B-score like bread with light flour? A light-colored Ticino bread item no.: 111481800500 currently has a B-score with 1.5g salt (298 kcal). A dark Kornknacker bread (283 kcal) 1.6g salt has a C-score. Although it still has rye flour, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, spelt and therefore has more fiber and protein?
