Question: Why is a tried and tested mild facial cleanser being reworked with many new ingredients and perfumed to boot? Codecheck has not yet recorded the new ingredients, I am curious to see how many questionable substances are contained. It now smells like toilet cleaner. I can't understand it and am very disappointed.

The formula of I am Cleansing Milk was adjusted because the original formulation no longer met Migros' requirements. In particular, it contained allergens due to the perfumes. We also used the new formulation to improve the effectiveness and tolerability of the product. I'm sorry that you don't like the fragrance and I understand your disappointment. However, I can alleviate your concerns about the ingredients: Every cosmetic product that comes onto the market in Switzerland or the EU is assessed in a toxicological report before it is launched.
