Why are the Twist wet floor cleaning cloths for ceramics no longer packed in such a way that you can remove individual ones and now have to open the WHOLE box? With the risk of ALL the cloths drying out as quickly as possible? Who comes up with that?

Hello Mengo, thank you for your inquiry. I was happy to check with the relevant specialist department. Due to the tight raw materials market and for reasons of sustainability, we decided to remove the replacement wipes from our range. Since then, however, we have received numerous messages from our customers asking for the products back. This has prompted us to revise our decision. We expect to be able to offer the items again towards the end of the year. As far as the new plastic box is concerned, which you also mentioned in this context, the change is due to the altered formula of the wipes. The latter now consist of a wet-ultra-wet mixture. As a result, they are moister. Your concerns about possible drying out are therefore unfounded. We have also taken over the packaging from the Ultra-Wet variants. Hence the current format.
