Personally, I find the 100g specification ideal. This makes products comparable; for example, if I want to see which cheese, cookie or yoghurt has more fat or sugar or whatever in it. And what is a portion? Some people eat more at once, some eat less. And calculating with 100g is not difficult... If 100g of Blevita has 430 cal and 4g of sugar, for example, I know that if I eat a 35g packet I'm taking a third of the calories or sugar or whatever you want/need to know. If it's still listed as a portion size, that's okay too. But it's important that it says 100g, because if it's only given per portion, it tempts you to consume more because the number is smaller... you can see this in the USA: there are often really small "serving" sizes... e.g. "ONLY 4G SUGAR PER SERVING"... but normally you are more likely to get 3 times as much at a time. It's misleading... and you have to juggle odd numbers if you want to compare products. That's why I appreciate the 100g declaration. Thank you
