You are working really hard to lose me as a Migros customer. Throwing the Super Choc muesli out of the range without any warning is yet another reason for me to change my mind as a customer. Thanks for nothing.
Hello Sandrina92, thank you very much for your message. Oh dear, I understand your anger. It's disappointing when a favorite product is suddenly no longer available. Unfortunately, we no longer offer your favorite of the reduced demand. In fact, we rarely inform you about this. There are two reasons for this:
1. nowadays we are exposed to an excessive amount of advertising messages. We therefore assume that people would not notice our announcements about the article deletion.
2. in addition, comprehensive communication about products that we are removing from the range would involve disproportionately high costs.
In addition, it is difficult to determine a date for information, as we do not remove the items from the range, but sell them off. It is therefore quite possible that there are still individual stores with stock.
I have been happy to look for an alternative for you. Perhaps our extra crunchy Farmer Classic Müesli with chocolate would be just as appealing to you? The article number is 104207600000 (the link is currently not available online). I am happy to enclose a picture of it. I also get annoyed every week when own-brand products are taken off the shelves and only the branded products are given a new place. Migros has long since ceased to be Migros, I have no idea who is supporting them in terms of marketing and giving up Swissness.
I don't want American brands or big brands from Germany when I get Swiss products, but that's just not worth it anymore.
