Can anyone explain to me why the small portion of mascarpone has been removed from the range? Now I'm standing in front of the shelf and can choose between overly large packs from Züger, Galbani, Bio or the even larger pack from Migros. They all end up rotting in the fridge because I never need that much mascarpone, unless I make a Tirami Su every few leap years! So much for food waste... Too bad, too bad.

That's why it's all the more important for me to explain the reasons behind it: Unfortunately, the 100 gram quantity was not very popular. Due to declining demand, we decided to discontinue it. I can well understand that this is annoying if you don't need the product very often. However, the spoilage figures also shot up due to the lack of sales in the stores, so we had to take further measures. Of course, we are continuing to monitor the issue closely.
