Can anyone explain to me why the small portion of mascarpone has been removed from the range? Now I'm standing in front of the shelf and can choose between overly large packs from Züger, Galbani, Bio or the even larger pack from Migros. They all end up rotting in the fridge because I never need that much mascarpone, unless I make a Tirami Su every few leap years! So much for food waste... Too bad, too bad.
