While looking for diaper bags today at Migros Brunaupark, I unfortunately only found perfumed bags for this purpose. I wonder whether we really need such a product in an age where everything is supposed to be as sustainable and natural as possible. Personally, it's enough for me if a diaper bag holds back the smell that a full diaper can sometimes give off - I find covering it up with other smells superfluous and rather unpleasant.

Hm, well... I'm still missing a practical, sustainable and bearable alternative. We already have the waste on the balcony with a lid, but the garbage can doesn't keep out the stench of a Gaggi diaper either. Fortunately, our son doesn't have to do a big business too often.

We also had a garbage can with a lid like this and, just like you, it was on the balcony. In the beginning, we always closed the lid because of the diapers. Over time, we noticed that if we left the garbage can open, the smell was more bearable than when the lid was closed. Maybe you could try it out?
