Hello Blinki66, thank you for your question. We clarified this, which meant that the waiting time was slightly longer - we apologize for this. The surfactants contained in Migros Plus Oeco Power Fabric Softener Sensitive (article 5005.278) are derived from vegetable fats (palm oil). However, we do not use pure palm oil as a raw material in the formulation, but a surfactant consisting of processed palm oil. We declare the ingredients on the product in accordance with the Detergents Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004. As a member of the RSPO, we promote the sustainable cultivation of palm oil. The palm oil-based raw materials we use are obtained from certified palm and palm kernel oil. On the label of our current Migros Plus Oeco Power products, we refer to the use of RSPO-certified palm oil. We can provide you with the following information on microplastics: Microplastics are solid, water-insoluble plastic particles that are a maximum of five millimeters in size. Some detergents and fabric softeners contain a maximum of 0.5 % microplastics. However, these are not the microbeads known from scrubs, but much finer particles. Since 2022, all laundry detergents (liquid and powder) and fabric softeners have been free from microplastics, with the exception of our Elan liquid scented detergent and fabric softener. The corresponding products are labeled with a sticker "Free from microplastics". Please note that we do not put this label on our M-Budget products for cost reasons. I hope this information helps you and have a nice day. Best regards, Angela
