Hello Minasel, the previous supplier decided to discontinue production, which is why we had to start looking for a new manufacturer.
We now source our fresh cheese from Switzerland from a producer who has deliberately chosen a recipe that uses fewer additives.
Due to the significantly higher raw material costs in Switzerland, it is also not possible for us to use cream as before - at least not at the previous sales price. This explains why we use pasteurized milk, which admittedly affects the taste.Even if no revision is planned at present, we are happy to keep an eye on the issue.Kind regards, Susi
