Migros still has no control over its product availability

Migros hat ihre Warenverfügbarkeit weiterhin nicht im Griff

Today, another classic example.
I wanted to cook Graubünden barley soup, wrote down all the ingredients, and gathered them at Migros. Vegetables, meat, bouillon, butter—everything was there. And then the last, most important ingredient: barley. Shelf empty. Not available.

The result: either leave everything behind (which you've already scanned with the gun) and change your plans, or drive to another store just for one product. Absolutely annoying. And unfortunately, this is not an isolated case. It's been like this for months, week after week. There's always a product missing that should clearly be part of the basic range.

Meanwhile, Aldi and Lidl continue to expand. If Migros can't even ensure basic product availability, it shouldn't be surprised when more and more customers switch to the competition.
That's how you lose trust.
