Hello!

Well, now I really have to say that the “new” Migros is on the wrong track! So many products that were selling well (in my area, many people miss these products, and this is met with incomprehension)! The statement “…we have removed them from the assortment. The reason is that demand has been steadily declining”… can hardly be true. Unless, of course, the products are first discontinued in the smaller stores, which naturally leads to a drop in sales...

Examples – removed from the assortment:
- Small Gruyère Surchoix
- Mini meringues (blue box)
- Icelandic moss tablets
- Cottage cheese 450g
- M-Budget instant coffee (the replacement isn't as good!)
- Spoon Biscuits by Petit Bonheur
- Deliciously tart apple and peach rings
- Delicious dried tomatoes from “Conserve della Nonna”

No longer available at my local Migros—and according to the employee (who gets asked about this often), they can’t be ordered either:
- Mairie Crockant cookie roll
- Mocha-chocolate yogurt

I used to be a Migros kid... but not anymore—and that makes me sad! I also feel sorry for the employees, who have to deal with all the frustration and on top of that are losing benefits—the Migros cult is over! I wonder if Migros will even still be around in a few years!
