We had the curtains measured for our house on 11.01 by a "specialist" and today (after more than 3 months) we are still waiting for the curtains in the living room. The delivery time has nothing to do with the pandemic or anything else. 1st delivery bedroom fitted. Living room and dining room = NEiN The first ones were 30cm too short and also the rails were too short and also too long. Nothing fitted. I even had to shorten it myself, I was told by the consultant who had "measured" everything very precisely. 2nd delivery 4-5 weeks later Living room and dining room too long!!! Halllllooooooo 🤔 Sorry but that's a no go!!!! That can't be, sorry but neiii that's just upsetting me again nei würkli! I'm really upset Gopf and especially when we pay more than 2000.- for the shitty service!!! Sorry for my expression! But it's almost the end of May and I've always got the fucking curtains!!! Sorry for my vocabulary. But no!!! None but none of my managers or sales managers, or even such an Oli has contacted us, they are all still in their home office - internal communication is zero... The consultant gets personal on the phone and says things he doesn't want to!!! Unfortunately, my experience with Micasa was very bad.
