Micasa Katastrophen customer service - Delivery module closet

At the beginning of April, we had two closets assembled online at Micasa, including a high-priced interior and assembly service. The delivery and assembly service was confirmed for 3.5, but the fitters arrived with doors and interiors but no carcasses, which were simply crossed off the delivery bills without comment. The fitter said he would sort it out with Micasa and I informed customer services the same day. I have heard NOTHING for a week now! No apology, no information about when the carcasses will be delivered, we've been living without a closet for a month, what's the point? Why am I spending more money than at IKEA only to receive a worse service? Apparently Micasa has a terrible reputation now, I'm really disappointed. I'm a Migros fan, can't anyone really help me?
