Today I was shocked to discover that Migros has once again removed a lactose-free product from its range. I ask myself Migros, why are you doing this? This is not the first time that Migros has eliminated a lactose-free milk product from its range. There was once LF coffee cream in plastic bottles and suddenly the cream was gone. Or LF yoghurt in 500g tubs, there too, gone in a flash... When I asked the staff, they said the product had had poor sales. And the nice Migros employee couldn't understand it either. I thought to myself, what bad sales in this day and age, when it feels like every second person suffers from lactose intolerance? How can that be? Well, dear Migros, then I'll go to Coop to get my lactose-free milk products. That's another way to drive customers away to the competition.
