Hello omi, thank you for your contribution. The more residual moisture there is in the meat, the quicker it can happen that the slices stick together slightly. For example, the pieces of raw ham are not as dried out as Bündnerfleisch. Our recommendation is to take the product out of the fridge about 30 minutes before eating. The slices are easier to separate at room temperature. Kind regards, Chloe
