Watermelon slices... I think nuts are too high in calories and too unhealthy... because you can easily eat a whole pack on the side... (unless you can control yourself) Possibly cherry tomatoes?mini cucumbers

Nuts too high in calories? But humans need calories and even more so when learning. The brain needs energy. Nothing against melon, tomatoes and cucumber, I think they're great too. But they lack protein.

Well, 100g often have 600 calories... the packs often have 200g... 1200 calories... and that as a snack while studying I find mega much... as I know myself the pack is empty faster than I have opened it besides studying..😂😂😂 Proteins are also important... but here it is about snacks while studying or did I misunderstand the title?

So no one has ever become overweight from nuts😉 And since proteins (e.g. in nuts) are very filling and therefore keep you full for a long time, this shouldn't be a problem in a balanced diet. And who eats 100 grams of nuts at once?

Are you seriously calling nuts unhealthy? Sorry, but that's wrong. Nuts are very healthy and can be eaten every day (without chocolate bars around them, of course😅). They contain fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, vitamin B, folic acid, zinc, magnesium, iron, potassium, calcium, sodium, phosphorus and memory and concentration-enhancing substances such as choline, lecithin and antioxidants.

No, not unhealthy, but too high in calories... and I easily eat 200g 😂😂😂😂 I'd rather eat something else for the calories I would eat with nuts hahah

Then please don't write "unhealthy" if you don't mean it that way😉

My mistake :)) Nevertheless: I do bodybuilding, and I don't recommend nuts there either. Because I prefer the benefit of other sources of fat... Also in terms of volume... Back to the origin: can there be a little time involved? E.g. cutting celery sticks...
