Hello DonVitto, thank you for your request. I am happy to help clarify things. There has been a change to the spices. You can now find the LeChef variants in the M-Classic line, although the recipes have remained the same. The "Pizza & Pasta" and "Vegetable" seasonings, for example, look like this:
- M-Classic Pizza Seasoning
- M-Classic Vegetables
As part of the change, we also decided to discontinue those products that are no longer in demand. This has happened with LeChef poultry. We do not offer a 1:1 alternative. Perhaps you would also like the M-Classic poultry seasoning mix? Best regards, Tabea
I have also been looking for the meat and fish spices for months. All the alternatives are not an option. The composition is just right at Le Cooking. There are more and more products that I miss at Migros, ergo, less shopping. There are also more and more products missing online, which are always marked "not available". Especially the lactose-free Mich 1.5%. At the same time, people were complaining about US tariffs and that farmers don't know what to do with their milk. There's something wrong up front!
