That's true. But I think it should generally be forbidden in Switzerland to catch any butterflies and/or other animals, regardless of whether they are protected species or not. I completely agree with you on this point; as parents, children really shouldn't be taught to catch animals to play with. Children see the net offered by Migros as a "toy" because it's in the Migros toy department (?!?). The responsibility lies with the parents. I think it's totally wrong and pathetic that Migros hasn't reacted to this shitstorm on the net long ago and taken this animal-torturing net out of its range.

Just one port in Shanghai has to be closed and the whole world trade comes to a standstill. Migros, with its high proportion of Chinese products in its range, will soon have supply problems. That's what happens when you turn a country like China into the world's factory.
