Lately, I’ve been getting kohlrabi delivered with the greens still attached. Wasn’t it different before? What can I do with these tough greens? Rabbits and other herbivores are out of the question.
Can you cook it? Or eat it in a salad? I think the leaves are probably pretty tough.
So far, I’ve been throwing the greens in the organic waste bin. But maybe there’s someone here who knows a clever way I can use them.
