Today I wanted to replace my empty CO2 cylinder with a new one. I did get a new one (new product). But they won't take the old ones back because they no longer sell them. And now I have to dispose of the cylinder somewhere else! Couldn't there be a transitional phase like this?
They should very well take the old ones back. I don't understand why they didn't do it for you. You can exchange them in St. Gallen without any problems.
