Hello everyone! While traveling in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and the Baltic states, I often came across a grainy cheese called Tvorog / Tworog. It’s similar to cottage cheese, but much drier and less creamy—basically a grainy low-fat quark without added cream.
Does Migros carry something like this, and if so, under what name or product can I find it?
If not at Migros, does anyone happen to know where I can buy it in Switzerland? Thanks for your tips!
