I wonder if the "Thai Kitchen Spicy Chicken Noodles" really only have just under 80kcal per 100g, or just over 60kcal in the 80g pack. Does this also include the spice and paste supplied? Seems almost too good to be true...

Hello Benshii, the nutritional values refer to the soup prepared with water and the values are "diluted" accordingly. Some manufacturers state the nutritional values for the unprepared product, whereas Thai Kitchen, for example, declares the prepared soup.
