Please bring back the veal stock concentrate in the black container! I’ve been cooking with this product for 20 years and have created recipes based on this concentrate. Your suggested replacement, the 1:1 Lacroix stock, isn’t an alternative for me. When scaled up to 5 liters, it costs 75 CHF!! It takes up much more shelf space and is heavier to carry around. All of this is annoying. So, please put the veal stock concentrate back on the refrigerated shelf. You still make the game stock, so why not the veal stock anymore? I just don’t get it.
