Hello Tabea, thank you for your answer. If the cheeses are made according to clearly specified recipes, then you have to change the recipe! We have already bought these Wähen several times at Gourmessa Oberwil, always hoping that something had improved, which unfortunately was never the case! The main thing about these wähen is the dough, the top layer is thin and you can tell that they are cutting corners here. As a consumer, you really feel like you've been taken for a ride!
