Would it be possible to stock nutritional yeast flakes at Migros?
Perhaps even with added vitamin B12—unfortunately, it’s currently only available in organic stores at high prices.
It’s a versatile product—not just for vegans, who I think would really like it—since it’s high in protein, low in fat and saturated fat, and low in sugar, and it gives dishes a flavor similar to cheese.
