Dear Migros, I'm a big fan of refill packs if they come with good, sturdy original packaging. This is also the case with the I am care showers, really great!
But now I get annoyed every time I want to refill the bottle, because the lid is almost impossible to remove and this causes the lid to break. My bottle/lid barely "survived" the last refill and I don't think I'll be able to refill it many times. Dear Migros, wouldn't bottles with screw caps be better, simpler and more durable?

We have discussed your feedback with our specialist department. The easiest way to open the bottle is to twist it and pull it at the same time (with a little momentum). Then it won't go so badly. But even then, the lid may break at some point. The bottles are not designed to last forever. We hope this helps you.
