Would it be possible to produce a cottage cheese light (less fat) as in other countries (Germany / Austria, France etc.)?

Migros should be able to do this because, for example, the Swiss company Züger also supplies its low fat cottage cheese (now also high protein) to Aldi/Lidl, and Migros already had a light version from its producer earlier. Knowledge and recipe would be there. Hope Migros sees the customer need. Slimline 2017 - at that time it was still called "rich in protein" in soft gray If only it had been called !!!HIGH PROTEIN!!! it would probably have been preserved😒
Exactly 😂 If the cottage cheese was also vegan, then it would also be advertised and some products would strangely be removed from the range.
