I prefer to shop in the Chur region. The cottage cheese from MBudget (article number
200604600000) and Migros' own brand (article number
200604100000) have often been out of stock over the past few months.
I can't explain why this is happening again. Surely it can't be that difficult to buy enough items.

Thanks for your feedback, Eridak. The M-Budget Cottage Cheese has a stock of 6 in Calandapark. The M-Classic Cottage Cheese should be represented with 4 items. However, you can also find it in the Masans store - currently 32 items. You are welcome to tell us your preferred store and I will pass on your feedback on stock levels.
What is currently making things more difficult is that our industry recently introduced a new system to further optimize processes. Unfortunately, this change has led to temporary logistical challenges, which is why some dairy products may be temporarily unavailable.

Thank you very much for your information. Unfortunately, the information online was not entirely correct and the supermarket you mentioned no longer stocks cottage cheese.
It is a pity that Migros is trying to improve and at the same time is producing supply interruptions which, according to my logical thinking, are not necessary. If a system change is made, it should be tested sufficiently and then work.
Can you tell me approximately how long it will take until production is restored to the point where cottage cheese is available again in the Chuter stores? Or is this a problem that won't be solved in the foreseeable future?
If this is the case, I will be doing my shopping elsewhere in future.

As far as I can tell, the trend/demand has increased dramatically. (I think this is also mentioned in the video.
It is probably due to this high demand that there are problems with supply.
