Aldi has protein drinks with 35 percent protein for 1.45 fr per bottle, the price varies between 0.89 fr and 1.45 fr
Migros has a high-protein drink for CHF 1.95 or CHF 2.40 under its own brand. Why can't migros be the low price leader here? At aldi, the drink is often sold out due to high demand. I think migros should also offer a low price here.

So you can't compare the product per se, because the requirement for Swiss milk is much higher and more expensive to produce.
A farmer in Germany receives about 40-45 cents per milk. The Swiss get about 62-70 cents.
In addition, the Gropper company in Germany produces far more protein products than Migros. It also produces for a lot of retailers in Europe and can therefore produce much more cheaply. (I think it was the manufacturer of the product)
In addition, Aldi is a discounter, Migros is a supermarket chain. A supermarket chain has much higher costs. Lidl and Aldi are global giants, Migros and Coop are smaller fish.
And finally, for me an important point, nobody criticizes Aldi for the fact that the product is made in Germany. Migros would be criticized here for not supporting Swiss farmers. (You can read about this here, as well as various press reports)
Everyone can decide for themselves whether this justifies the price.
