The screw cap on the Heidi milk is often open, i.e. if you touch the milk bottle, in the best case the lid falls off, in the worst case the aluminum lid underneath comes off and milk leaks out. It is not possible that you have to hold the milk by the red cap and then twist the cap closed if it is open.

Hello Tessin1967, thank you for your comment. I discussed the issue with our specialist department and the manufacturer is already working on an improvement. However, the implementation and delivery of the new lid variant will take until the end of June 2023. In the meantime, the lids will be checked more closely. Kind regards, Susi
