Tried the sourdough bread with light flour from the Wil home bakery again in the hope that it would be better.
It deserves zero stars. This is a Bürli bread but not a sourdough bread. There is no sourdough in terms of taste, nor in terms of composition. I'm disappointed that the bakery can't manage this either.
Years ago there was a dark sourdough bread that was excellent (400 g). But this bread is absolutely not sourdough bread, no sourdough listed and tastes 1:1 like Bürli bread.
What a shame............. will never buy it again. I praise the Coop, which has just added new sourdough breads to its range.
