I know this has already been discussed, but I would like to revisit the topic.
Why is Harzer cheese available at Migros (and nowhere else in Switzerland)?
It meets the requirements of many people (high in protein, low in fat, good taste, long shelf life, etc.).
Unfortunately, I haven't found anything comparable...
That would be great :)
