I have noticed that there is practically no hand cheese on sale in Switzerland. Yet it is a real classic in Germany.
I could imagine that this product could also find an exciting niche in Switzerland - as a light, protein-rich sour milk cheese, it also fits very well into today's health-conscious diet.
Alnatura already has hand cheese in its range - perhaps it would be worth Migros considering acting as a pioneer here and offering a new, interesting product for an additional target group.
I would be interested to know: Are there any other Migipedia users who would be happy to see hand cheese in the range?
