Have you tried it yet?
Roll the lemon back and forth on the worktop with a little pressure until it feels softer.
Then pierce a hole in one of the lemon tips with a rolling pin.
You can now easily squeeze the juice out of this hole.
Hardly any oxygen can enter through the small hole and the lemon stays fresh until you want to squeeze out the rest of the juice. Ingenious, isn't it?
