I came across oat bread, or more precisely oat rolls, while on vacation and found it very tasty. At Migros I discovered that unfortunately there was no oat bread to choose from. Fortunately, when I asked the manufacturer, I received a recipe. The breads are gluten-free and are made with rolled oats and wholemeal oat flour (and psyllium/psyllium husks). I have now tried the recipe and loved it. I think there would definitely be a demand for such a product.
