I was just about to rate Grosi's carrot cake, but I can't find it in the products section or any of the products I've bought recently. Even though I have one of these in front of me, I have absolutely no negative reviews! Disintegrates into tiny crumbs as soon as it is cut, doesn't hold together at all. I have to eat it with a spoon and lick the crumbs out of the plate at the end.

Hello Franz, thank you for providing the production data. We have received feedback from the specialist department. We have tasted the retention sample internally. The cake does indeed have a somewhat crumbly structure, although it is otherwise quite moist. Presumably the mixture was not stirred long enough to stimulate the wheat gluten in the flour.
