The M-Classic Léger Paprika Chips (article numbers 1019.107 and 1019.101) do not contain any gluten-containing ingredients and no carry-over is to be expected. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared in the list of ingredients, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). Traces due to unintentional carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "May contain gluten" or "May contain traces of gluten".
